Some helpful tips to resolve your question quickly:

  • Visit our status page for the latest on any widespread issues or outages, we update this in realtime.
  • Before you make a new post, please search the forum to see if there is already a topic created you can contribute to or that answers your question.
  • Pease do not post feature requests here! Instead, search our Public Feature Request board and subscribe to automatic updates by casting votes towards your favorite feature requests.
  • Make sure you check our Help Center to see if we have a post that solves your question.
