Can’t sign up for premium account

I try to sign up for a premium account for taxes and it says “There is a pending payment, please wait for some time or contact support”. It has been 2 days of this so far. I contacted support but have not heard back. Thank you.

I had the same problem, also about 2-3 days ago, also haven’t heard back from support @Chandan

Sorry about that. We are working on resolving this — please go ahead and try giving the payment another try.

It worked, thanks! I was behind a VPN the first time I tried if that makes any difference.

Hi @Chandan I am also having this same issue. Is a support ticket still the recommended method?
