Cannot link IOTA wallet

Hi.
I have a number of wallets for various cryptos, including an IOTA Trinity software wallet, and an IOTA Ledger hardware wallet. I am unable to link either of these to my Cointracker login, and all of my IOTA transactions outside of an exchange appear as going to my ‘Other’ wallet.

Do you support IOTA hardware and software wallets?

I’m also having a problem with IOTA data not correctly importing into my Cointracker account from Bittrex. This was also flagged in another thread. Any update on the issue?
