Changed email. Cannot access my paid subscriptions

Hello. I changed my email address in Coinbase. Now, when I log into Cointracker, I cannot access my paid subscriptions for 2017, 2018, and 2019. Someone please help. Thanks.

I have this exact same issue. Ive tried reaching out to customer support and am getting no response. I had to change my coinbase email and now i cant access my paid tax plan

You can request a password reset that will enable you to login to CoinTracker with your old Coinbase email + new chosen password. Then you’ll be able change your email to that of your choosing from the CoinTracker settings page.

Login thinks I’m a robot, also difficulties with login after changing emails is still a hit-or-miss.
