Cost basis calculations showing in USD NOT AUD

I pay for the portfolio sub and it is unusable and this issue has changed past tax reports values also. This started a few weeks ago so whatever the intern did fix it. Totally unacceptable. It is only the cost basis calculations showing as USD and not AUD. Not happy. You CoinT have my money but not supplying what was paid for.

Should I wait months for even a response let alone the issue being rectified?

Same issue here for CZK base currency. I created support ticket few days ago, no response yet. In the mean time i switched to USD base currency which seems to be working properly. However, they should not offer a service which they cannot provide.
