Emails not being responded to?

Hello all

Hoping to reach out to the cointracker customer support team.

I haven’t received any email replies to my queries. I have checked spam etc - I am able to get automated emails to my inbox without issues.

Is support on holiday / is there a backlog? Any idea when I can get a response?
