Error messages with BTC and ETH

Greetings,
I’m fairly new to Crypto so please forgive me if this is a dumb question. I’m on the “Performance Page” and have an error message “Oops this doesn’t look right” under both Bitcoin and Ethereum in the “cost basis” column. They give astronomical prices for BTC
$450,336.57 per BTC and $23470.09 per ETH. How do I fix this? Or am I just misunderstanding something?

Hi,

This is almost always because your complete transaction history isn’t in CoinTracker (which messes up the average calculations). Please take a look at this checklist and ensure that nothing there applies to your CoinTracker account.
