ETH internal transactions

Hey Guys! I have a weird observation in my ETH address. I have a TX from an exchange to my wallet Address, which is handled as an “internal transaction”. Since this TX is not listed in the transaction List of my Address, nor is it imported by CoinTracker Wallet import, my overall balance is not correct and/or I have warnings about negative balance in my wallet.

  • Why are internal TXs not imported?
  • What is the correct way to fix this?
  • How can I reliably find more of those ‘errors’?

Thank you

Hi @lu,

Great questions. We are working on adding automatic support for ETH internal transactions. In the meantime, a manual workaround is to look them up on a blockexplorer like etherscan.io in the “internal transactions” tab and manually add them.

We’ll let you know as soon as automated syncing is added.

Alright! Thanks

Manually adding them now.

Cheers

Hi @lu — we have now added support for Internal ETH transactions. These will automatically sync retroactively and going forward. You don’t need to take any action unless you manually added these transactions, in which case you’ll just want to remove the manually added edits.
