How to receive a refund/cancel service

Hi. Due to issues with the wrong plan being purchased followed by issues with automatically inputting fees for transactions and instead having to manually do the math for every single transaction I wish to get a refund as I am still under 30 days with coin tracker. The tipping point is the lack of customer support as their is no phone number or online chat available for assistance. I have sent in multiple tickets and received no responses as of yet. The idea and setup of the app is great but the customer support and issues with input make this more work than its worth. I am only posting here because I don’t know where else to reach out to at this point.

This has been addressed and I no longer need assistance. Happy to say the refund to a lower tier was granted but hopeful the issues with coinbase pro and Binance.us are corrected by next years taxes
