How to relate trades

For some reason the below trades are not marked as related. It does not show the position as being closed. Can anyone provide guidance as to what I need to do?

I expect them to be ‘Margin’ ‘Position Closed’ and ‘Margin’ ‘Closing’

Here’s what I’m seeing for a transaction that isn’t showing closed out:

They do not appear to be ‘related’. If I click ‘see related trades’ they aren’t linked.

Any ideas?
