I cannot purchase a tax plan

Hi,
I am trying to buy a tax plan for 2019 but nothing happens after i select the “Get started” button. I have tried “Hobbyist” and “Premium” as well but both of them have the same behavior. Could you please help?

Hi @kocstib,

Are you still seeing this if you try in an incognito window? If nothing is happening, it usually indicates there is a browser extension blocking the website from working properly.

I tried in another browser and there I was able to purchase a tax plan. Thank you for the support!
