Is there a comprehensive list of query parameters or filter options?

I was hoping there would be some hidden gems for a more elaborate queries or search functions. Here is what I have found. If you know of others, please add them and I will build a markdown cheatsheet.

Does anyone know how to exclude or filter out transactions? For example category:received is_not:interest

I am also extremely interested in the exclude or filter ou feature. I could not find out how to do this.
