Missing livecoin Erc-20 transactions

I’ve added my livecoin exchange together with my wallet but not all transactions are being diplayed. I can see all my btc transactions on the exchange account but my first Erc-20 token trades are missing. This only counts for my first trades. The ones I made last year are all shown.

Any ideas??
