So I am trying to reconcile my taxes with about 6500 transactions here. Every time I make a change, sometimes it takes hours for your system to recompute and allow me to edit the que again. I am trying to reconcile my taxes (the only reason I have your service) and I have not been able to make changes in the “needs review” queue for 12 hours. I sent an email to customer service. Why is there no live help for issues like this?
I know I am reporting it as a bug. I don’t know if it is or not. Maybe you guys don’t have the server capacity for this… idk?
