No response from Cointracker support

I’ve sent a message to Cointracker support 2 months ago concerning several issues with my account and tax reports. I’ve tried to follow up multiple times. Nothing. I’m a paying customer on the “Premium” tax plan.


Well known issue. I am already waiting for way longer… :slight_smile:

I have not receive any response either. It is basically no support if they don’t respond to request for help, paying the Premium also. I tried to upgrade to phone support the button doesn’t work.
