No Tax Plan after Purchasing Premium Plan

Ive purchased the Premium Plan since its the only one i could buy due to have 500+ transactions for 2020, but after i purchased it I got my receipt and charge on my card, but it still says i have no tax plan on my account.

I had the same issue. Purchased back in Feb 26th, and still have not received any support since. I’ve submitted countless emails and support tickets. File a chargeback with your bank account and report them to bbb.
