Portfolio Plan page looks far too similar to the Tax Plan page - it is extremely confusing to users and will result in many users paying for the Portfolio Plan, getting confused when they don’t get tax documents, and then paying for the Tax Plan.
Then they’ll have to open a support ticket to get a refund on the unused portfolio plan, which will further overwhelm your support team. A little UI/UX development here could save you thousands of support tickets and increase customer satisfaction.
I narrowly avoided this exact scenario. Those less savvy than me will likely have a less-than-stellar experience.
