I paid for the 2020 premium tax account but can not access any of my tax documents. My credit card was charged and I have the receipt number. Sent out a support ticket and it’s been close to a week with 0 response.
Bump. Still no support. I want a refund!
I also would like to see a response to this. I signed up for an account today and there is no information regarding when the represented tax export will be available. It seems rather dishonest to represent a feature that has not yet been deployed.
Same problem. I’d like this to work ASAP.
I also paid 179 for the plan whereas it is now going for 90.
Please respond ASAP. There should be a way to address this kind of critical problem right away.
