Problem with YOBIT API and transaction

Hi I connect via API YOBIT, but didn’t get the old transaction, so I deleted the Exchange to load all manually, but I still see in the Dashboard the Asset DICE, but there is no transaction anymore…
Since I loaded some Exchanges and wallet is just a problem related to congestion?
