Purchased Premium 2021, but still showing as Hobbiest

My receipt is: #1613-4144 – it is for the 2021 Premium plan tax plan, purchased on March 7th, a week ago.

When I log into CT and go to 2021 Taxes, it still shows me as Hobbiest and suggests I upgraded, which is what I did on the 7th. I’ve emailed support and called the number on the receipt (which just goes to a VM…) with no reply.

Can someone please update my account to what I paid for?

I purchased 2 weeks ago and my account is still showing as free. I have reached out 3 times via email and posted on this forum with 0 replies or help. I will be calling my credit card to file a charge back and reporting this company to bbb.
