It’s been 7 hours now and the recompute banner has still not went away. Honestly thinking about using another platform. There is no customer support at all.
This is a widespread issue, a simple explanation would be awesome, but they don’t communicate via twitter either. Please fix this.

Communication is key. Tell is why this is happening, the exact plan to fix this, and an ETA for this fix.
