Refund policy - Support response time

I’m trying to get the team to respond to my request for refund. I’m coming up on the end of my refund period and, given that the other ticket I submitted has sat for 20+ days, I’m not optimistic that they’ll get to me before my refund runs out.

I cannot find a number to contact them, and they are not responding to my helpdesk tickets, but I don’t want to breach the 30 day refund period. What do we think, is the best approach to work on a chargeback?
