The Web site won't let me purchase any plan

I live in the US, have a top credit rating, but all of my credit cards (and debit) were declined when attempting to purchase the free trial of the performance tracking package. And credit card companies tell me they never even saw a transaction, it wasn’t them, they didn’t decline the card. Then I had my nephew across the country log in to my account and try his cards, both declined as well. I’ve been using this for a few months with the trial, and really like it. But if there’s no support - judging by the other comments, there isn’t – how can the reviews not mention this? – and I can’t even buy the plan, I’m going to have to try another service. That sucks.
