Transactions failing to download

This morning I’m unable to download my transactions. I click to download, and see in the console that it successfully kicks off the process and begins polling for results. But it never gets a successful response from the poll and eventually throws an error. I have screenshots, but can’t upload them here :confused:

I regularly pull my transactions and import them into gdocs so I can generate reports with them. This is severely hampering my ability to use your service. Where’s the service status page?

I contacted support via their twitter acct and they got this resolved!

There was a backup in our worker queues that caused a delay in the downloads from kicking off. We’ve added more workers as a fix and are exploring ways to prevent this from happening again entirely in the future!
